Ethel Seiderman hand-picked a group of emerging leaders and invited them into her home. She shared her stories, her painful lessons, and courageous efforts that built countless successes from supporting children and their families to creating policies that strengthen us all. Our History
We started gathering in a circle around Ethel's green chair in her living room in 2008, but she already knew what she wanted to do long before then. Ethel had approached each one of us in a loving way, and motivational way.
